Mit dem Vakuumset VU140 können flache und bauchige Werkstücke fliegend gespannt werden. Holzunebenheiten werden vom flexiblen Saugspannfutter ausgeglichen und absolut sicher gehalten. Um Werkstücke exakt am Mittelpunkt zu zentrieren, befindet sich eine gefederten Zentrierspitze im Saugspannfutter.
Die drehbare Vakuumzuführung wird auf der linken Seite in die Hauptspindel gesteckt und mit einer Schraube mit Dichtungsring geklemmt. Die auf Dauerbetrieb ausgelegte Vakuumpumpe arbeitet sehr leise und effizient.
