V-Stahl Bearbeitung ergibt das beste Ergebnis bei der Bearbeitung von Weich- und Harthölzern. Der Vorteil ist das schnelle, einfache Nachschleifen des Stahls mit gleichbleibend perfektem Schliff bis zum Ende des Stahls.
Voraussetzung ist ein stabiler Kopierer ohne Spiel in den Führungen und ein Stahlhalter für den genormten V-Stahl.
Das Schleifen des V-Stahls erfolgt mittels einer CBN-Scheibe an der Innenseite des Stahls. Wir empfehlen die V-Stahl-Schleifmaschine V125.
